History

The since-and-production company "Rakurs" is the first company in the field of industrial automation who has taken a Premium of Russian Federation Government.

A certificate proving that SPC "Rakurs" is competence centre of OMRON Electronics in Russia in the Energetics industry is received.

The service centre introduced a new service - development of factory-assembled electric drive on the base of driving engineering. A service centre for Schneider Electric driving engineering maintaining is opened.

A Department for technological processes automatization of pulp and paper industry is organized, where highly qualified specialists from the oldest applied-research science centre - JSC "All-Russian scientific-research institute of pulp and paper industry".

A license to produce and design the equipment for atomic plants is received.

Collective body of SPC "Rakurs" began to realize a complex of modernization works aimed to improve the automated systems for technological process control at Sayano-Shushenskaya and Main Hydroelectric Power Plants.

We covenanted with the Department of energy production, transmission and dispensing (PGTD/L) SPC "Simens" for cooperation in the field of market and sale of automated systems for technological process control and electrotechnical equipment projects in the field of energetics.

We covenanted for partnership as a system integrator of the Wonderware.

A treaty about strategic partnership with the system integrator JSC "Schneider Electric" is concluded.

A software-technical measuring complex "Apogey" (STC "Apogey") which is engineered and implemented by specialists of SPC "Rakurs" is registered in the State list-register of trade marks and service marks of Russian Federation.

The first in Russia to introduce automated control systems for manufacturing execution (MES-systems) using Wonderware's software, for technological processes and equipment operating of the JSC "Kotlas Pulp and Paper Mill" cellulose bleach wash workshop.

10th anniversary of the Training and consulting centre of the company.

The company has successfully passed requisite examinations and tests, in course of which an accordance of the company to the voluntary certification system "EnSERTIKO" requirements was confirmed. The certificate applies to the following document types: services for designing, starting-up and adjustment of automated systems for technological process control on the basis of software-technical complex "OM-mega" and Technique Control System - "Electrosila"-"Rakurs" and also for realization of the general contractor functions.

A license of Federal Security Service Administration over Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region to work using information being a state secret is received.

An agreement with Engeneering Europe company is signed. SPC "Rakurs" repair-diagnostic center has expanded diagnostics and repair service spectrum of the equipment of Yaskawa company.

An approval certificate is received for the use of measuring tool of type №15760 on the technological control system for turbogenerators and hydroelectric generators of the Technique Control System - "Electrosila"-"Rakurs" is acquired.

The license of Gosstroy of Russian Federation for realization of the general contractor functions is issued.

The system of information support and registration of the emergency processes of the emergency electric supply system channels for a power unit is realized and introduced on the Kolskaya APP on the basis of software-technical complex "OM-mega".

In September, 2002 in Rakurs the certified audit is conducted, during which the conformity of a Quality Control System of the company to requirements of ISO9001:2000 standard was attested.

November - the solemn presentation of the certificates of ACERT Bureau, AFAQ-ASCERT Int. and IQNet

The first certified repair center of the OMRON equipment in Russia rendering the repair services in all range of OMRON inverters is established.

The large project on control system updating of a multifuel (gas, black oil fuel, coal) BKZ-210 type boiler unit on heat-electric generating plant of JSC "Kotlas pulp and paper mill " is performed.

Under the totals of the year more than thirty large projects in different industries are completed.

Rakurs' 10th anniversary.

Rakurs is recognized as the best OMRON distributor in Russia.

The first project for the urban infrastructure - control system of drawbridge named after Alexander Nevsky in St.-Petersburg is completed.

The most large-scale project for 10 years - updating of control system of furnace feeding and air heaters (stoves) of the blast furnace №1 of JSC "Severstal" is realized. The control system includes 35 control cabinets and power automatics

Leaving for a new own building of more than 2100 sq.m by the area, where all departments and operating divisions of the company are placed.

The first project on control system development of the turboset of 30 MW by power for JSC "Syktyvkarsky timber industry complex" is successfully completed.

In 1999 Rakurs was declared the best distributor of OMRON Co in East Europe.

The beginning of long-term business cooperation with JSC " Arkchangelsky pulp and paper mill ".

The marketing and advertising department is established in the company.

The beginning of long-term business cooperation with a design institute SEVZAPVNIPIENERGOPROM and JSC Poliform.

The control systems of two KGVM-100 oil/gas units is introduced by joint efforts on Petrozavodskaya heat-electric generating plant (first object of the RAO "power grid of Russia")

"Energia" accounting system of energy resources is designed and introduced for JSC "Svetogorsk".

The "STK-ER" program-technical system for in-process measurement of parameters of the turbo and hydrogenerators is developed together with the specialists of JSC "Electrosila". Today this program-technical system is one of the main types of commercial products, for the objects of heat-power and hydropower engineering.

5-years' anniversary of the company.

Consolidation of the company's position.

1996-1997 - the stage of structural-organizing - alterations. The company goes into functional management structure, the company's personnel increases, the sales department is established. The documentation handling, statistics, the warehouse organization are systematized.

The automation project of two БКЗ-75 type boiler units for heat-electric generating plant of JSC "Svetogorsk" is successfully realized.

Automatics renovation of compressor station of the metallurgical enterprise "Petrostal", St.Petersburg.

Beginning of long-term business cooperation with JSC "Krasnoyarskaya hydroelectric power station" Together with the specialists of joint-stock company "Lengidroproeks" the temperature control system is designed for one of hydraulic units of hydroelectric power station of 500 MW by power. In total there are 12 similar units on hydroelectric power station. Now the updating of processing equipment and control system of hydroelectric power station are continued.

The first project for pulp-and-paper industry. Together with GIPROBUM design institute of St. Petersburg the protection and interlocking system of БКЗ-75 boiler unit for joint-stock company "Svetogorsk" is realized.

The manufacturing and delivery of control systems for ДЕ-25 boiler unit for public enterprise of heat-and-power engineering of St. Petersburg are carried out.

The new tendency of the company's activity, directed on development of control and monitoring systems of boiler units starts with these projects.

The company is increased by the experienced specialists in the field of automation.

Organization of assembly workshop

Establishing of training center in St.Petersburg on the basis of electrotechnical university. The training center performs the training of the specialists, concerned with the development and operation of automation systems, and also the training to the OMRON industrial automation facilities.

The technical personnel of the company is widened.

Together with JSC "Lengydroproekt " the project on development of a control and alarm systems of hydraulic unit of Novosibirsk hydroelectric power station is successfully completed.

The first large project on the basis of OMRON controllers is completed- the control system of suspended pusher transporters for the main tractor-assembly production line of JSC "Kirovsky zavod" is completed.

The control system of the extrusion line at the factory "Research institute Sevkabel" is put into experimental-industrial operation
