At Rakurs our primary goal is always to make sure that all needs and expectations
of our clients have been met. Looking at the steadily growing list of satisfied
clients today, we have come to two important conclusions: First, our clients
have placed high value on our steadfast pursuit of this goal, and second,
it has been the most important factor of our evolution into the successful
company we are today.
One of the steps we took to maintain our high quality standards was to institute
a Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with the international ISO
9001:2000 standard. The challenges our QMS faces are to maintain the highest
levels of customer satisfaction and to strive for continuous perfection of
products, services and efficiency.
In September 2002 Rakurs was certified in compliance with the requirements of
ISO 9001:2000.
Two Certification Bodies performed the audit jointly:
- AFAQ-ASCERT Int (Germany) - an IQNet member (the International System
of Certification Bodies),
- ACERT Bureau (Russia)
Rakurs was presented with certificates issued by ACERT Bureau, AFAQ-ASCERT
Int. and IQNet during a ceremony held in November 2002.
This certification covers the full scope of our business, as follows:
- Design and development, production, installation and adjustment of Automation Systems;
- Supply of electronic components for Factory Automation;
- Training of personnel for Factory Automation;
- Repair and after sales service of drives.
Developing the Quality Management System, in fact, improving an entire organization,
is an ongoing process and challenge. This is something we, at Rakurs, only
know too well. And that is why we always go to work for our customers with
only one goal in mind: find the best solutions, the best products, give our
clients the most advantageous conditions. Because we are proud of what we
do, we take pride in saying that only our best is good enough if you are our
