Award of the Russian Federation Government in the field of quality

On June, 15th, 2006 in the Awards Hall of the Government House there has hold a grand rewarding ceremony of the organizations-laureates of the Award of the Russian Federation Government in the field of quality. The vice-president of the Russian Federation Government Alexander Zhukov, the deputy minister of the industry and power of Russia Andrey Reus, head of “Rostehregulirovanie” Grigory Elkin have taken part in the rewarding ceremony.

SPC “Rakurs" became the only Petersburg enterprise which has received the award of the Russian Federation Government of 2005 in the field of quality and first for all history of the Award, working in the field of industrial automation.

The award of the Russian Federation Government in the field of quality is awarded annually since 1997 and is the modern tool of purposeful development, perfection of activity and competitiveness increase. It is the most prestigious competition in Russia in this field. Unlike the numerous All-Russian and regional competitions directed on an estimation of quality of the separate goods, in this competition organization activity is estimated as a whole. During the competition consisting of three stages, the all-round estimation of the organizations-participants by 32nd criteria, including strategy, leadership, internal processes, the personnel, resources, an infrastructure, satisfaction of consumers, financial results and many other things is appraised. Criteria of the Russian award are harmonized with model of the European award on quality.

Definition of order of the competition holding, examination of materials and offers on award preparation are carried out by award Council in the field of quality of the Russian Federation Government which is headed by the Deputy minister of the industry and power of the Russian Federation A. Reus. Competition holding allows annually to allocate enterprise-leaders among the Russian organizations who actively improve their work on the basis of the international practice, principles and quality management methods.

Since 1997 more than thousand organizations from all regions of Russia have participated in the competition.
