Requirements to suppliers

Typical requirements to suppliers of components and services:

1. ISO certificated quality management system.
2. Developed network of the service centres in the site areas of SPC “Rakurs”.
3. 24 hours service support.
4. Claims clearing under the demand from SPC “Rakurs” or from the consumer.
5. Training of the personnel and engineers of SPC “Rakurs” to work with the equipment (under the separate contract).
6. Product samples for testing by employees of SPC “Rakurs” and decision-making on application possibility.
7. Obligatory outgoing inspection of technical parameters of delivered products under the coordinated programs.
8. Spares, warehouse for operative replacement of the broken-down components.
9. Technical consultations to employees of SPC “Rakurs” and consumers.
