In 2014 the Group of Companies RAKURS established a specialized Service Centre to provide our customers with the proper maintenance, repair and modernization as well as components supply and remote support. All the resources that are at the RAKURS disposal are available for the Service Centre and guarantee the quality of the service.


DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIR

We can arrange the technical inspection of your equipment, identify the defects and render all the necessary services including settings optimization, software updating, measuring channels calibration, repair or/and replacement of components. We are ready to deliver your components, which are to be repaired, to the specialized service centers; if you wish, we can organize a visit of qualified specialists to your premises for components maintenance or/and repair.

TRAINING


We offer a wide range of training options for your operating personnel. Our specialists will teach them how to operate the systems manufactured by RAKURS. The advanced specialized course “Maintenance of Controllers and Driven Equipment” is given by the trainers invited from the Training Centre and equipment manufacturers.

 

MAINTENANCE


Over time any system requires its functionality to be updated because of many reasons, such as changes of customer requirements or operating conditions, another economical situation or alterations in legislation. We will help you to improve your circuit solutions, change software functionality and update the documentation.

SPARE PARTS AND COMPONENTS



We supply any spare parts and components for both our equipment and equipment produced by other manufacturers. We can select and harmonize analogue components, fill in questionnaires, and provide additional incoming inspection. We also solve the problem of packaged equipment deliveries, including deliveries abroad.
  


REMOTE CUSTOMER SUPPORT



You will save your time and money with our remote support, which includes consultations and expert opinions on technical issues.
 


TECHNICAL MODERNIZATION
